So far they work great!
I recently got new hearing aids (Philips HearLink 9030) from Costco, replacing my previous in canal pair. I was not entirely happy with the limited ear dome options, either a small (8 mm) or a medium (10 mm) closed double dome. I felt like my optimum size was in between, but the only other option offered was a custom molded dome, of course at extra cost. I did some internet research and found out 1) Philips HA are made by Demant, 2) Demant also makes Oticon and Bernafon. In looking at the Jungle Care product descriptions I saw that the domes fit Oticon and Bernafon, but no mention of Philips. So I took a gamble that certain components would be common across the brands, and that the Jungle Care domes would also be compatible with Philips, and they indeed seem to fit just fine. The Jungle Care 9 mm closed single domes fit me very well and there is no greater feedback issues with these compared to the OEMs. They still need to be precisely positioned in the ear canal to avoid that stuffed-up feeling as do the 10 mm Philips domes. The 9 mm also migrate less than the 10 mm domes, making ongoing adjustments throughout the day much less of an occurrence. And the Jungle Care single domes do not irritate my ear opening and canal nearly as much as the double domes. I still need to get some fine tuning from Costco Hearing to address feedback, but I believe it is not a dome issue.

Small, but costly and flimsy.
At first, I thought I was getting 10 in a pack for my money. When the package arrived, I thought it was one of my orders having slipped out of the small bag - a bag and contents of minuscule proportions that I could feel nothing in the package. After opening the Prime bag, I was disappointed to the point that for over $11.00, there was little to cheer for inside the Jungle Care package. It was very flimsy silicone plugs (half was missing on each one because there are about 4 holes, so I figured that it shouldn't take too much money to create the entire lot - perhaps a total of $1.00. I was saddened on both counts: hardly anything to the product, too costly by any stretch of the imagine and I hadn't even tried to test it feeling it could be lodged in the ear or fall off, tearing. Very disappointed and would not recommend the cost and product. Well, similar to another "1-star" report, I found the product a bit flimsy, appears very "tearable" and very costly for what it's worth. Silicone issues is a bit on this line, but to get 5 in a pack when I misread it being 10 included, I almost threw the outer package away thinking the product slipped out or stolen inside. Just not worth buying it for $11.00 plus. Just not worth it.

Overall Fine
These worked fine on my grandfather's Beltone hearing aids. The only thing I didn't like, is they came in a bag mixed together. So it was kind of difficult finding a certain size.

TRY THESE before giving up on your hearing aids.
I have Phonak hearing aids that I purchased about 14 months ago from a big box membership store, and from the very beginning they caused so much ear discomfort that I could barely wear them. The audiologist rechecked and assured me the tubes and domes were the correct size and that I just needed to get used to them. Finally after several weeks of getting no improvement, I tried a different audiologist at a different store, and she suggested I try them with Resound domes. That made a huge difference, and I found I could wear them nearly all day at work, though by evening my ears were starting to get sore. Both of those locations performed free cleanings/dome replacements up until the Covid shut down. Once I needed new domes, I had no choice but to find some online that I could order. I decided to give these a try given the excellent reviews, and I'm so glad I did. These are perfect and I believe just slightly smaller than the Resound domes. They glide in and I barely feel them! This is what hearing aids SHOULD feel like and I no longer have any discomfort. I also like that these are clear, so less noticeable than the black Resound domes. One thing to note--there are 5 domes in the package. Odd given that most people use two hearing aids, and I thought perhaps I had dropped one until I rechecked the item description. :-) Now that I know these are so great, I'll just order two packages at a time. Even when my store resumes hearing aid maintenance, I'll be sticking with these domes. I finally love my hearing aids!

I don't like things stuck in my ear, and when they do, the wax buildup on the device is evident. So these are the largest domes that Jungle Care offers which I can rest just outside the ear cavity - much more comfortable. And being the closed version they have way less of a feedback squeal. Another plus is that they are not coloured like the ones that came with my device.
