Pay attention to your color selection! I didn't, but I can't downgrade this for my mistake. Black is the wrong color to select when you live in a hot and humid (or even just hot) climate. The outside gets very hot! However, the water inside stays colder than I thought it would. I filled the bottle with ice and water and went to the pool. I came home, forgot to empty it, and believe it or not, I still had ice and water in it the next day. I thought about returning it, but I didn't and now I'm glad I didn't.I have since ordered two more in the 32oz size. I selected 1 in white and 1 in blue. I definitely recommend this product based on my current usage. I've used it every day since I received it.Ok, I've attempted to write a review for the second one of these that I purchased and the link keeps sending me back here. I guess that's ok, because the only difference is in the color. This time, I purchased one in white. This one is perfect. Although I've tried ordering in a smaller size, that doesn't seem to work out. No worries though! This one is perfect and this time that means the color is perfect as well. The exterior does not get as hot as the black one (doh) and appears to be as functional with no heat loss to the liquid inside. I filled it with cold water and a lot of ice. I then sealed it, tested the straw portion of the bottle by sipping on it. I then let it sit for 24 + hours and then, the water was still cold and there was even ice left in it!!!!It would be nice if they sold "mini" bottles like this for little kids. I'd pay the price and think it was well worth it. I highly, highly recommend this product! There's no problem with waste because you just wash and use over and over again.

A friend had given me a hydroflask years ago. It was great kept eye frozen but it was huge and didnt fit anywhere. I wanted a new water bottle that worked as well as my very expensive gift, just smaller. This water bottle that cost as little as coffee for two, works just as well as the very expensive big name brands and it even came with a straw attachment lid. I love it! This summer has seen record heat everywhere and my city is no exception. On a triple digit day I accidentally left my water bottle in my car while at a doctors appointment. Even after being in a car hot enough to bake the water bottles exterior (it was seriously hot to the touch), the inside had no less ice than when I filled it that morning. At this price and quantity, I will definitely be buy more for everyone else in the family. Just a note that the 40 ounce size it too large to fit into standard sized car cupholders.It is easy to clean and does its job. I am very happy with this purchase and hope the review is helpful. Absolutely love this bottle. It keeps ice all day, even in GA during the summer. Love the larger volume, color, and the way the straw screws in and never falls out(great design).My cons:1) the lock feature is finicky and needs some work. Despite being locked it will leak from the top on occasion.2) wish it was tapers at the bottom to fit in a cup holder so it didn’t roll all over the car.Having the option to buy replacement lids would be a plus too.Overall great purchase for the price. The straw/sip top is a plus to getting me to keep drinking throughout the day. I’ve tripled my water consumption since getting this bottle.

This water bottle is amazing!! I take it with me everywhere and while running errands on the almost 100 degree days we had, I had left it in the car and when I got back in, the water was still very cold even though it was very hot in the car! The only thing I can say negative about it is, it is too wide to fit in my cupholders in my car! I would highly recommend this water bottle!! I love the colors on it and loves how cold it keeps water for a long period of time!!

I bought two of these water bottles over 6 months ago and we have loved them, and they held up great. The design is very nice with the straw mouthpiece and it’s a killer price for a good water bottle. After so long, I ended up getting mine a little beat up, having dropped it/knocked it over plenty of times so I decided to repurchase because the lid was cracked. The second time I purchased two of these for my partner and I, one of them had a faulty lid. We found that it wouldn’t secure properly, so when using a carabiner to attach to a backpack, the lid would pop off and the rest of the bottle would fall. This happened many times. I figured it was just a single faulty bottle so I exchanged it but it seems the replacement is having the same issue. Even after tightening it all the way, if you pull on the lid it will just pop off.. obviously this is not ideal but it doesn’t seem to happen with all of them… but having two in a row is making me unsure if I should even try exchanging again or if I should search for something new. Other than that, the design is wonderful and it is quite sturdy.

I've bought the same Contigo bottle for years but decided it would be time to try something new after I left my most recent bottle behind at a restaurant. This water bottle is almost the exact same shape with the same capabilities, but I am loving that my water stays cool longer. The one thing I've noticed that is just below perfect is that the button to open the straw is very sensitive. I often place my bottle in a bag with other items so one small bump can cause it to open. This isn't a huge nuisance to me, as I can just build a habit of locking the button when I travel, but it may be something to consider depending on how you use your own water bottle.

I neeeeed water. This one holds enough water for you to have up and down for quite a while. The other day i decided to add a few ice rocks and damn next day and the water was still refreshing cold. I want to test on a hot day to see if will hold good. Good quality, The paint color seems durable lets just see how the internals will hold and if wont leak. Apparently you can have 2 years warranty on those.
