Will this work in a 4g router?

yes it will, I have been using it with a Huawei B311 4G router ay my holiday home and the streaming works well

It came with all 3 options from standard to nano . You just have to press out the size of card you want. I was a little disappointed with the speed / delay when using it for the internet, and deactivated the monthy auto subscription after only a couple of days and bought another sim card from another network provider which works on the O2 network and is far better and quickr with internet connections

if i get the unlimited data do i get charged 20 pounds a month?

visit smarty website it will tell you about monthy charges, and how you can turn off the monthly auto-renew subscription
