Great for inflammation!
I used this for about 6 weeks (after that your body adjusts to it usually and you need to take a break for it to be effective again). I suffer from terrible low back pain and horrible headaches and migraines. The Dr. reccomended I stop taking so much Tylenol and ibuprofen and my husband suggested I try this. It worked amazingly! The first few times I used it I did get tired (I think my body was just relieved). After that I took it once a day in the evening. Highly recommend! (I'm no Dr., if you're taking medications or have health conditions ask someone first!)
