gave me such terrible neck stiffness…was really really horrible because it made my neck pain worse and i've had to take multiple physiotherapy sessions after using this pillow! definitely NOT advisable for side sleepers

After 2 weeks of usage don’t want to use any other pillows anymore. Occasionally experience 3rd spinal disk dislocation and have to visit the chiropractor to get it back in position. Now tbh, nothing is going to help if I do not maintain proper postures. The biggest impact is done when sleeping in my stomach and holding the phone below the level of my head. So for all of you have similar pains - please sleep on your back or side. And when holding your phone raise it up rather than bending your head. Easier to say than to implement :) This pillow really helps me with the sleeping part. I realized I slept on my stomach a lot and it helps me maintain a comfy position while I’m on my back. Please consider that pillow is just a tool - the main effort is up to you! Only you can decide to change the way you sleep. All the best!

I had chronic neck pains and wanted to chane my medical pillow so i bought this for me I absolutely love it as it relived me instantly same day and then i got for my daughter who had same problem and now she loves it too I am going to purchase for my mum soon It is the best pillow i have used for years now

Before using this pillow I was struggling finding the right position to place my head for sleep. It felt like with every way I lay my head down, the next morning I'd wake up with a stiff neck and aches. I gave this pillow a try and it shapes your head into a neutral position whether if you're a side sleeper or back sleeper. A while later those aches went away and I started having more peaceful rests at night. I love the cover it comes with also, very soft. However I haven't used other pillow covers on this due to the shape of the pillow. I just washed the original cover each time but within time I noticed the cover starting to deform and some parts got loose strands now. I know it can be a bummer but I'm more focused on the functionality to be honest. As long as the pillow doesn't loose its structure like ordinary pillows do, I'm fine without the original cover, it can be replaced easily. I just loved the softness to it. Lastly, I wouldn't really recommend for a belly sleeper due to the way the pillow is molded.

kann nur empfehlen zu kaufen natürlich, wenn man nicht viel am Schlafen schwitzt, hätte auch bisschen günstiger sein können
