Cheap quality, zip broke
The media could not be loaded. Used this for US trip and was carrying only 13 kgs including bag weight but the bag zip was damaged. Thankfully the customs tied the bag with strapping cords else would be carry the luggage in hand. Why sell such cheap quality bags for such high price.

The quality is very poor
Bought this and within the transit the zip opened up and my luggage fell off on the transit belt at airport. The lock quality also is really bad and so is the zip quality. Very bad purchase thought.

There was a dent and crack in the first trip only

Broke within 14days of use.
Very light weight and flimsy trolley bag. We were in Europe trip, no bad handling and the luggage trolley broke midway bin our trip. The warranty does not cover breakages like this (so don’t know what they cover). Don’t buy this.
