This supplement is legit! I've been taking it for over a year and it helps tremendously with tendon and ligament wear and tear. When I purchased my first bottle, I wanted to be as unbiased as possible. I did not tell my wife what I was doing. After about 2 weeks, she made a comment, "you don't look as stoved up as usual". I just said, "Well that's good". About a week later she commented again," You really do look more comfortable". After another week, we had taken a trip and she seen my bottle and asked what it was. I had to fess up! It really has made a difference . That being said, I currently get steroid injections in my spine every 90 days. I assumed the OptiWize was not helping my spinal degeneration, but it has made a great difference in my other joints (knees especially). My spinal injections are done in the MRI machine for guidance. The first times , the doctor would look at the scans and suggest injecting another location because there was more narrowing. When I had the last one two weeks ago, he said there was no change. I can't officially say it's the OptiWize, but I'm not taking any chances! This was my 3rd bottle purchase. We also use the Livestock version on show animals. Really nice results there also. But that's a story for another day!
