Q: Which side should I start with, concave or convex?

I started out using the convex side and switched to the concave side within a week- which provides much more stretching and relief. I had a severe kink in my neck and now it felt better and better with using this neck relaxer. So glad I got this!

Q: Do the shiatsu nodes move to provide massage while I’m using or are they just pressure points?

They are just pressure points. My husband and I have found that moving your head from side to side or up and down against those nodes a few times throughout the 10 mins feels amazing !

Q: Can this be used while laying in bed or on a sofa?

Yes, it can be used on a bed or sofa.

Q: Is this neck stretcher electric?

No. Is just a small piece of foam with a cover. Actually works well if you do it everyday. I enjoy it
