I've been using Estee Lauder Double Wear Gel Pencil (01 Onyx) for quite some time. I like the fact that it does not run and looks as good at the end of the day. One thing I have noticed is that it does not seem to glide on as well as it used to and seems to be rather 'dry'. Maybe this is a one off - but I will monitor this for the future (hence I have knocked off one star). But compared to other eye pencils, I find it good.

I read lots of reviews about this kohl pencil before purchasing and the main downside seemed to be that when you sharpen it, you lose a lot of the pencil and because the centre is firm but creamy it crumbles and falls off (wasting) when you sharpen it. Having said that I am very happy with the colour, smoothness of application and longstay! The price would be reasonable if so much didn't get wasted when you sharpen it, hence 3 stars not 4 or 5 stars.
