I purchased this for field ornithology and photography and I think it’s perfect. I can’t wait to wear it in the field! Lightweight with lots of pockets inside and out. Worth the price for sure. As far as size, I ordered XL, and it’s XL to me. Large is form fitting for me, so I wear XL because I like freedom of movement and loose fitting clothing. Plenty of room and doesn’t bind. Looks good.

I've had this vest for a while, and it does the job I purchased it for. I love pockets, and this vest has plenty of them. It looks stylish, so you can wear it around. It fits great, but I did have to order a size up so you may want to do the same. But it's functional and will look cool when it's worn.

I'm an avid outdoor photographer. I have a GIANT backpack that lets me carry LOTS of gear. However, I don't always want to pack EVERYTHING on a short hike or family event. What I DO always want is plenty of batteries and maybe some filters. This vest has mall zipper pockets n either side that work great for a handful of batteries - I use the right side for charged batteries and the left for depleted ones. It also has larger zipper pockets that fit my filter pouch perfectly! I waited WAY too long to get a vest and will never be without one now!

I liked the fit, the fabric, the detail, the overall design. Love the zip-up high collar; it's hard to find vests with this feature. Ditto for it being longer than waist length; those are hard to find too. Very good pockets. Cool enough for hot days. It's a keeper. The one thing it lacks is a zipper that opens from both the bottom AND the top. You need this feature for sitting down, as when I am driving a car, riding a bicycle (in my case a recumbent tricycle). The other thing that would make it perfect would be zippers on the inside pockets. The pockets are good and large, but they only have little velcro patches holding them shut. If the pockets had big zippers, they would be a safe place for me to store my telephone when riding my cycle.

Bought this for a young man that doesn't drive and walks all over. He's really into photography and electronics, and he loves this vest with all the pockets!

The product has a left sided zipper closure, which is traditionally associated with women's garments and not men's.

This vest has fastenings cut for US women's clothing. I was concerned about this looking at the photos when ordering. And sure as anything when I received it, the zipper and "buttons" are opposite hand of typical men's clothing. I am not sure if I will be returning it. All of the vest I just viewed have the same issue.

esperaba algo con mayor confort, sin embargo cumple con su objetivo al ser ligero y tener un forro de tela interna. por fuera se siente plastico, como las que ofrecen en el supermercado. por el precio se encuentra aceptable. buscare otras opciones y agregare otra prenda a la vestimenta,
