Very comfortable!
I've been using a cpap for a few years - full face mask- and I HATE the lines on my face when I wake up, I also feel it's speeding up the aging process on my face with lines around my mouth / nose. I started using a simple cotton cover but they are thin so, while they help with the lines in the morning they aren't extra comfortable.... THESE ARE VERY SOFT & COMFORTABLE! These help me sleep better and I have zero lines on my face in the morning! One note: they are a terry cloth like fabric so my cpap shows my "mask fit" is not great (<30% out of 100% usually) but my AHI (apnea, hypopnea per hour) has been great - less than 3 every night (6 being the top end of "OK" and my sleep tests show without a cpap I'm 50+). I would definately recommend these over a lesser quality, thin material.

Easy to wear and put on
I was a little nervous ordering these because the last batch of mask covers that I bought were so difficult to put on that. I ended up ripping one of my masks. But I cannot stand wearing the cushions straight against my skin so I thought I'd give these a try. I'm very happy that I did. First. They're a perfect fit for my ResMed f30 full face mask in medium, didn't have to trim them or resize them at all. All. Secondly, they're a dream to put on, just a simple stretch and they go right on and they stay in place. Thirdly, they are very soft and very comfortable. And as a bonus they come in different colors. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again in the future

Synthetic microfiber fabric. NOT COTTON.
This product is falsely described as being made of cotton. It is synthetic microfiber. Unfinished microfiber should NEVER be at an airway! The product info even suggests trimming the unfinished opening, and this is dangerous. One reason that PAP headgear is so expensive is legal liability and testing. I don't think this add-on product is likely to be safe. For people who need natural fiber and who want to avoid microplastic and nanoplastic lint near their airway (or on their face) for 8 hours a night, this product is not acceptable. In Janurary of 2026, a pack of 24 was $17 to purchase. This is a reasonable price for cotton scrunchies for PAP face cushions. It is a ripoff for plastic microfiber synthetic fabric, which nobody should be wearing all night at their airway, especially with an unfinished, unrolled margin that will continue to shed dangerous microplastic fuzz and nanoparticles (not visible to the naked eye) into the user's airway path. There is a high amount of airflow exiting the mask so even if the raw edge is on the outside of the cushion, it's still being agitated, stretched and blown over during normal use. This is an IMMEDIATE product return. Shame on the company that misleads buyers.

These work for me
These work as I expected. They are made of a terry cloth type fabric or microfiber? I am not sure. I made sure to wash them before using. I just wash them in the washing machine in a bra bag so they don't get lost everywhere. There is some air leakage when used because yes, it's fabric, but not too much. I mainly wanted something to keep my cpap cushion from sliding on my face because my face gets oily or the silicone can be so uncomfortable. I have slept a lot better with the covers since using them and use them every night. I haven't experienced any skin irritation or breakouts and I do have sensitive skin. These may not be for everyone but based on the design and fabric so far they are working as you should expect. I wash mine with arm and hammer or tide detergent pods and laundry sanitizer. May not be the right way and definitely not for everyone. Hand washing may be better but throwing in the laundry easier for me.

Leaks
I tried these covers hoping they would help stop the leak I sometimes get from my mask. They are soft, comfortable and do fit well. Sadly they did not help stop the leak. I didn't really expect them to totally stop the leak, I was hoping it might dissipate the air enough that I wouldn't notice if it leaked quite as much. however they did not. They actually made the leak worse. I could feel it more and really hear it leaking more. I don't have a problem with red marks or irritation from my mask, just a slight leak near every now and again if I move wrong. If you want these more for comfort and less for sealing, they would probably suit you needs. They just did not help with my issue even though they are advertised to reduce leaks. I will be returning them.

The covers fit my mask and cover the plastic entirely. Much better than the blue/grey fabric ones which I returned. The marks on my nose and cheeks are gone (with exception of the time I slept on my stomach)!!! Didn’t help with leaks mask still leaks minimally depending on which way I’m sleeping.

Ne se met pas sur tous les masques d'air de CPAP. Ils sont supposé arrêter les fuites d'air, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
