I’ve been a regular user of Avime Herbal Keshpallav Hair Oil for the past two years, and I’ve always loved its pleasant herbal aroma and the soothing, cooling effect it gives my scalp. However, with my most recent purchase on September 24th, I noticed something very different and concerning. The oil from this batch has no herbal fragrance and feels completely bland, unlike all my previous bottles. I reached out to the Avimee team to report this, and they asked for the batch number. After I shared it, they mentioned that since I purchased it via Amazon, they can’t take any action unless Amazon raises a quality issue. Unfortunately, by the time this back-and-forth communication happened (over six days), Amazon’s return window had already closed. When I updated the Avimee team about this, they again said they couldn’t help since Amazon hadn’t flagged the issue. As a loyal customer, this whole experience has been really disappointing. It’s upsetting to see such a lack of accountability, and sadly, you’ve lost a regular customer because of it.

Surely the oil is blend of different herbs and smell help relax the mind too. Hair looks shiny, I use it twice a week , keep it for 2-3 hours and shampoo and results are amazing No itchy scalp, beautiful shiny hair

I was interested in this oil because, I began an ayruvedic journey. This KESHPALLAV HANDMADE HAIR OIL, has so many super natural ingredients . I would like to use this oil sparingly and as a hot oil treatment during my deep conditioning process. I opened the bottled after I did the video. I should do another one with me smelling the oil. But I'm nervous about my face being for the world to see. 😔 However, please bear with me , as I describe the scent. KASHPALLAV HAIR OIL first smells to me like sort of a citrus like, pine, and nutty and slightly sweet . I can detect this notes individually but also they blend very well together, , it seems like there would be some ginger in it , however, I see none in the ingredient list. All of these oils are perfect for my hair type because none of the oils are extremely heavy and they all absorb extremely well on fine strands. Whereas heavier oils have a tendency to sit on my low porous fine strands and eventually tear or break the hair apart ( completely off ) This oil smells as if it could be added to a sweet greens and fruit berries salad. I know better to not invest this KESHPALLAV HANDMADE HAIR OIL. I will use this product for a few monthS , possibly six months , before coming back with a Second review. This way I can make a good judgement as to how KESHPALLAV HANDMADE HAIR OIL has benefited my hair. And scalp. The oil arrived in a reasonable amount of time, actually maybe a few days even. My package was very neatly boxed and there were no spills, leaks or cracks. I am very happy about all of this. 🤓 I find that, items sent to a postal box tend to arrive in better condition than if they are mail to a private address, let's say; residential. Just a tip. I would like to know what others think about this KESHPALLAV HANDMADE HAIR OIL!!! SAT JUNE 15 2024 AFTER USING THIS KESHPALLAV OIL, I REALIZED WHY IT SMELLS SO PERFUMIE. I USED IT ON MY SCALP , AND I HAVE A BAD REACTION. I ITCH SO BAD, THAT MY SCALP HURTS AND IS BROKEN OPEN. I BELIEVE THEY USE A STRONG UNMEASURED RATIO OF ESSENTIAL OILS. ESSENTIAL OILS AND ALSO THE ONES FILTERED WITH ALCOHOL IS HIGHLY CONCENTRATED. THE ONES WITH ALCOHOL SHOULD NOT BE USED ON THE SKIN OR SCALP. I TREID ADDED THIS OIL TO MY OWN DIY BLEND , WHICH HAS ABSOLUTELY NO ESSENTIAL OILS IN IT. BUT, SORRY TO SAY AVIMEE HERBAL, YOUR PRODUCT IS MORE OF A PERFUME THAN A NATURAL HERBAL HAIR OIL PRODUCT. EVER SINCE THE BLACK HAIR COMMUNITY AND THE SOUTH EAT ASIANS HAVE GONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO HELP PEOPLE GET BACK TO NATURAL HAIR AND HAIR HEALTH USING OUR ANCIENT REMEDIES, MANY PEOPLE ARE COMING FOR THE MONEY AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROPERLY REGULATED, & PEOPLE ARE HAVING ADVERSE AFFECTS INCLUDING HAIR LOCKING UP AND EVEN BREAKAGE & HAIR LOSS. YOUR BOTTLES ARE PRETTY. HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH I ADDED YOUR OIL TO MY OIL, I STILL HAD ITCHY SCALP, EVEN AFTER WASHING MY HAIR. I HAD TO PERFORM A WHOLE SCALP DETOX . BECAUSE THE BOTTLE IS DARK, I'M UNABLE TO SHOW THE AMOUNT USED, TO DATE. I GAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND CHANCES TO SEE IF I WOULD ADJUST OR IF I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG. IT IS DEFINITELY YOUR PRODUCT. TOO MUCH ESSENTIAL OILS. VERY PERFUMIE. I HAVE USED INDIAN AYRUVEDA OILS BEFORE AND I HAVEN'T SMELLED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. USUALLY , THE OILS SMELL HERBAL-LIKE.
