This is an excellent radio with excellent sound. The large speaker is ported out the back of the radio, which gives nice bass. The DSP tuner works very well, providing for excellent tuning. It's got a solar panel and a flashlight, which does come in handy. At this price, buy two. As a professional radio person, I will tell you that this radio provides maximum bang for the buck.

This radio is great. I have bought multiple ones for gifts for older guys in the family. Everyone loves them and continues to thank me. The first one I bought for a gift was over two years ago and still works well.

Cool retro look, great modern sound. I have to admit, I bought this radio strictly based on my enjoyment of the visuals and music of the Amazon Prime “Fallout” series, and I couldn’t be happier. I have several oldies playlists on my Spotify account that I listen to through the Bluetooth feature of this radio, and it just makes them all that much more enjoyable. Because of its am/fm features, solar charging capabilities, and super bright led flashlight function this radio is also great for emergencies. It feels well made, no rattling of loose parts, and its price is incredibly reasonable, especially in comparison to comparable radios presently on the market. It’s a little small when compared to actual mid century radios, but then again most of those 1950s vintage am/fm radios were the size of a toaster oven. I highly recommend if you like a vintage esthetic with modern functions.

I bought this radio for my dad for Christmas and he loved it! He said it's similar to the radios when he was a little boy. Everything worked so far haven't tested the solar part or the bluetooth but my dad is old fashion he doesn't use bluetooth that's why he wanted a simple radio, but flashlight is very bright and it's loud enough. It's small but cute.

A very versatile and attractive radio. Friends marvel at its traditional appearance and are amazed at its ability to charge the battery via solar power. I also like that it has a very bright flashlight option. The sound quality is quite good and powerful for such a small radio. I also appreciate that it has powerful FM reception and that It was easy to pair with my Bluetooth device. I like that it also has short wave radio reception which could come in handy in an emergency. At this price point it is definitely a good value.

Volume is all or nothing. Radio worked great when I first got it in Oct 2025 but by Dec 2025 the battery would not hold a charge. BTW the volume was great and it was clear and crisp. Bright flashlight.

Bought this to use as a portable radio. Looks really cute, portable, great sound. Does a lot... am/fm is easy to tune and I haven't had to deal with interference like my old radio. It will also play music through bluetooth and usb. It has a flashlight and solar panels. Charges with USB and solar so the best part is no batteries to change.

Absolutely great purchase. I've had an expensive Shaper Image radio in my downstairs bathroom for likely 2 decades and it finally decided to die on me. That's my bathroom I use every morning as I like the news on when getting ready for work or music when I'm puttering......I replaced it with this little guy in what I thought would be a temporary solution....Nope, I'm keeping this one. I rarely write reviews but I had to here. The room is literally underground and we are up north in the middle of nowhere and it finds pretty much any station I want right away. The signals are strong, the sound is honestly as good if not better than my double speaker and double sized S.I. radio and I love all the other features on it like the rechargeable battery (we lose power often in winter), huge emergency light and the fact I can stream from my phone when I'm not using the radio.....Looks pretty great too. Go ahead and buy it if you are on the fence!

Great sound. Reception is good 100kms from city. Dial has a built in magnifier for reading the numbers. Works with Blue Tooth also. Great buy!
