Bought this for my Lexus RX 350 replacement fob. Took to a locksmith and saved $200

The locksmith was able to program this with no issues. It did need a battery which I bought before the locksmith came out.

Know before you buy!
When I purchased the replacement key fob, nothing was stated regarding having/needing to buy additional equipment to program the key fob. It was advertised as being 3 simple steps. Completely NOT true.

Didn't work
Locksmith couldn't program it . Transponder not working very well, but merchant refunded the return quickly to my satisfaction.

Poor quality
Remote key battery drains every 2-3 weeks and reception is poor. Key in your pocket in the driver seat and it doesn’t recognizes it. Ridicules product.
