I used this kit to repair a few chips in my walk in shower tray. I had dropped my shower squeegee onto the tray making a few 2mm chips in it - the base substrate of the tray was dark grey and the chips were very noticeable against the white background. I used the kit to repair these chips very successfully. At one metre distance the repair is unnoticeable and since I stand in my shower :o) the repair is 100% invisible. The kit was easy to use and provided everything needed. I did use a polythene mushroom tray that I had saved from my shopping to do the mixing of the resin components in & prevent any mess. The repair kit cost less than 1% of what I paid for the shower tray so I was very happy. My repair was horizontal as it was a shower tray so it was easy. The resin does cure slowly so vertical or curved repairs on a sink might be harder but you do get plenty of material so can effect a repair in layers. After a couple of hours the resin is still tacky and it will be dentable at 6 hours. Recommended

This repair kit absolutely does what it promises — it sealed a couple of cracks and chips in my bath with no problem, and the set includes everything you need to get the job done. The application is a bit messy, so make sure you have gloves and take your time mixing the resin and hardener properly. The biggest downside for me was the colour match — while it’s labeled “white,” it’s slightly off compared to the more common bright white finishes on most tubs. It’s not a deal-breaker if you’re just patching up small areas, but perfectionists might notice the difference. That said, for the price, it’s a solid quick-fix option that saves you calling a professional. Just don’t expect invisible results unless your bath happens to match the tone exactly.

Product isn't a white as white should be! Has left the cracked shower tray with a grey line. Product does harden and fill out the crack well and smooth once finished with sanding pads provided. (After the 24hrs) Great for any enamel/acrylic repairs if you don't mind an exact colour match.

Works really well if you blend it over the whole area of the crack instead of just filling the crack itself. Was expecting to get white and black dye with this product but wasn't in the box. I had a 2 large cracks and 2 chips and took 4 coats of the product to get it looking right in the end also dont use the stickers they leave residue with you peel off leaving marks which took awhile to clean off

Really good easy to use, good finish

I had a small chip side of a Heritage bath. Product does slightly skirt on the vertical and needed filling twice. The colour is a little white but liveable on the inside of the bath. This looks to be a resin product and needs mixing well scraping from surface and mixing in again and again you do not need to rush as viscous for quite a time. I used the course over the sticky protectors and then removed them and finished with the fine grit then used toothpaste on a wet cloth followed by a car polish. looks good other than visible due to a whiter finish.
