The quality and durability is on point.
Really really nice. Great price and a very simple installation. These are taller than a lot of other versions, but that’s what I was looking for. 25 Bronco Sport BB

Very sturdy and great looking!
Got these cross racks because of the 265lbs rating. Assembly of the racks themselves was very easy. However after the instructions say to loosen the bottom screw you can throw the instructions away. You will have to remove the bottom screw to get the clamp under the roof rack. Then to find the notch under the roof rack I had to use my finger to locate the notch. I used a piece of tape to mark where the notch was so it's easier to align the cross rack. Once aligned I had to use my finger to push up on the clamp so the screw would reach the clamp. Whole process took under 30 minutes. They look great! At half the cost of Ford's cross racks it's a great deal! Highly recommend these racks!

2021 Outer Banks. Perfect fit. Beefy looking.
Easy to install. Seems sturdy. Built well. Fit the wife’s 2021 Outer Banks perfectly. Taller than I expected, not a complaint. Kinda looks beefy. Docked it 1 star because one of the brackets had a pretty deep scratch on it. See attached photo. I’m busy, so didn’t feel like taking the time to wait for a return. Installed it as-is since I had time to get it done. Hoping maybe I will get a replacement for the scratched one? Will update this review whenever I find out how their customer service is. Overall very happy.

Fits 2025 Outer Banks perfectly
I ordered these yesterday, received them today, and immediately put them on my 2025 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Took me about 30 min from the time I opened the box, easy to do on my own! I just used the provided Allen wrench. They fit perfectly! I plan to use them to haul a kayak.

Great Product!!’
I first bought Fords version of this from their Bronco Sport accessories website. From their description it would fit all sport models with no mention that it wouldn’t fit the Badlands. After two frustrating hours of trying to install it I returned it. I bought this model, which is basically the same design but less than half the price. It took me about half an hour from unboxing to complete and successful installation. I am very happy with the product. It works perfectly with my Yakima bike racks! I highly recommend these crossbars for your Bronco.

Very sturdy
I initially didn't like this item because I didn't care for the high profile, but after seeing the reviews on the quality I decided to try it. These crossbars are really sturdy. All metal, no plastic. The mounts are metal, unlike some of the others I looked at. The clips that go under the side rails are also quite hefty, and coated with rubber to protect the finish. The color and texture of these match the factory side rails. I have to agree with another that said these are probably the same ones as the factory, without the high cost (about 1/3 the cost of Fords). Yes, they were a bit more testing to install, but once on, they are sound. Regardless of what the instructions say, you must remove the top bolt so the bottom clips will clear the side rails. Then lining the holes up for the bolt is where it is a bit frustrating. One thing I found very helpful is I put a hex bit in a ratcheting screwdriver for the top bolts rather than fumbling around with the provided allen wrench. First time I wrote a review, but I was impressed with this product. The only reason I gave it a less than full five stars was the difficulty installing, but then that may be unavoidable because of its sturdy design.

Fits 2024 Outer Banks - Longer screws NOT necessary
I had read several reviews where people stated that the bolts that clamp the crossbars to the rails are not long enough. It's true that you can't just loosen them like an open jaw and slip it around the rails. BUT if you loosen them all the way, You can fit the bottom bracket up into the rail slot and then re-thread the bolt that comes with it. There's plenty of thread to secure the crossbars to the rail if you do it this way. Yes, it's a bit tricky to re-thread them, because the bolts have plenty of wiggle room, but by inserting them as straight as possible while holding the bottom of the clamp in place, it works. One really nice surprise is that the clamps are solid metal. In the photos, it looks like the clamps (the "riser" part) are plastic. Nope, they're metal. Once in place, they seem very sturdy. I was originally not liking how much higher than the rails they stick up, but once on there, they look pretty good. Anyway, I hope this help you get them mounted.

Good value, construction and looks
Bought these for 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend at one third the cost of Ford. To make install easier....put them together but leave passenger side loose and tighten after aligning on existing rails on vehicle....remove bolt for clamp and position these on existing rails using step ladder...once on and clamp aligned with rectangular slot underside of existing rail, push clamp up into slot and look down at hole (from on step ladder) in new ones to thread bolt you previously removed and tighten to bring clamp all the way up. Sounds complicated but it isn't. I'm an idiot handyman and only took half an hour after figuring it out. The supplied bolts aren't too short you just need to do it the right way.

Sturdy, all-metal construction. High-profile looks good and no noticeable wind noise. Seems to be same quality as the O.E. crossbars from Ford but for almost 50% less than the dealer price. Installed in about 15 minutes, but the instructions could be more clearly written. The crossbars lock into the slots on the bottom of the roof rails, so they are not adjustable back-to-front.

I installed these of a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands. The item arrived on time and I installed them in about 25 minutes from start to finish. The material is very solid and sturdy. All of the bolts are long enough so I am not sure why others have found them too short as the ones supplied with this product were fine for my Bronco Sport. A instructions and tips to help: 1) Install the left side screws and tighten them on the bracket as per the instructions. Do this for both left side brackets. 2) Install the right side screws/washers and keep these loose on the brackets as per the instructions. 3) Place towels between your roof rails and the cross bars to make sure you don't scratch anything during installation 4) Find the notches underneath your roof rails as this is where each cross bar rails will install. 5) Loosely place the cross bar rails so they are sitting on top of the roof rails. 6) Loosen the screw at the top of the bracket such that you remove it completely. 7) Place one hand under the bracket to push it up in the notch and then hand tighten the screw at the top of the bracket with your other hand. Do this on both sides (with both brackets). 8) Once you have the top screws hand tightened on both sides, go back to the right side screws underneath the brackets that you kept loose in step #2 and tighten these. 9) Then tighten the screws on the top of the brackets. 10) Do the same for the other cross bar rail. DIY tip: Use a T40 Torx socket as this fits perfectly on the supplied screws and that way, you won't have to futz with the supplied tool. The T40 socket with a ratchet works much better.

Perfect fit, easy to install but you should get a helper. Looks like it came from the lot like that.
