These are really nice, soothing, pleasant, no offensive smell, soft fabric, and definitely hold their heat beyond 30 minutes, which is the recommended time for use. Love the fact that they DO HEAT Up on their own after opening, and positioning. NO microwave or HOT WATER needed. No skin discomfort etc. Used twice so far. Keeper for me!

These little heated packs helped my dry eyes that sometimes felt crusty even though clean. I put them on and relax for an hour . There is usually a little warmth still left but I run out of time to spare.

I have bought three boxes so far, using them when I have eye strain or an oncoming migraine. The heat and moisture combo is very relaxing, and the lavender scent is very pleasant...when it's there. The first two times I purchased this, everything worked as advertised. Unfortunately, this third/most recent box has not only no lavender scent, but it smells like some kind of fuel (assumedly whatever is in it to make it heat up). It's very distracting, although if you can get past the smell they still work as a heat/moisture mask. I have a rechargeable mask as well, but these are nice when you want to save space (especially when traveling). I did not bring the issue up with the manufacturer, but if it happens again I will, and I will edit this post to review the customer service aspect.

I have purchased these multiple times. They are good value for money, high quality. They warm up quickly. I have used them not only on my eyes but also where I have muscle pain (shoulder, neck for example). They stay warm for a long time.

These steam eye masks are pretty comfortable and they stay very warm for over 30 minutes. They're not of the best quality, but for the price, they definitely get the job done. They help me fall asleep, they relieve swollen, tired, painful, dry, strained eyes, and they help ease my chronic headache which is right behind my eyebrows. I sometimes have to press the heated flat mask against my skin, as it doesn't sit perfectly, and it's designed to sit lower than it should. Just pull it up and it stays put for the most part. This is the exact same product as I've purchased on another product page under a different name. The prices on both pages fluctuate, but not by a lot. The ear straps are soft, and although the underside of the mask could be smoother against my delicate eye area, it's really not bad. Sometimes the mask causes slight itchiness, but you'll probably get used to it. Just lift it or take it off to allow your skin to breathe for a few moments and it should help. Make sure your moisturizers and face products fully absorb into your skin as much as possible before applying the mask. It won't mess much with makeup and it heats up super fast! I'm now a fan of heated eye masks- the unscented steam ones are particularly pleasant (no need for artificial scents). I hope you like it as much as I do! Update: The earstraps can come right off when you try to put the mask on. I've had to use packing tape more than once to keep the strap attached. Not good. I'd give it 4 stars otherwise.

I use these all the time. Very convenient and eases my dry eyes.

Wish I had known about these months ago. So helpful with my dry eye condition and, surprisingly, puts me right to sleep
