I can't explain how much I love this bag. I'm a videographer and I can fit 2 cameras, my computer, my tablet, my portable charger, all my cables and cords, and still have lots of space left. There are compartments for everything. It's well made. Im sure I have thrown over 40lbs of equipment in the bag and its never shown any signs of giving or tearing. The usb extension comes in handy as well. It's easy to use. You literally just plug it in to your usb A port and you're good to go.

This backpack is amazing. I could use it for just about anything. I mainly use it for my college classes but also use it when I’m going to fiancée or friends houses and want to bring my console and laptop. The back pack is huge with many different pockets of different sizes and abilities. I have been able to carry a large laptop, ps5 pro, laptop cooling pad, and keyboard all at once easily. It is also very comfortable even when carrying heavy items. I think it also looks amazingly normal and sleek for how huge it is. I have had this back pack daily for several months and have no had a single issue with durability or functionality it is top notch. I have not even had a single zipper get stuck. I would 100% recommend this back pack to anyone. (Your cat may love to lay on it)

I want to review the outstanding customer support I received after my purchase. The first time I used my new backpack, I had an issue with one of the stitches pulling apart. I contacted customer services and could not have been happier with their quick response and positive experience. I sent in two pictures of the backpack and within two days a new one was in the mail and waiting for me when I returned from my trip. No charge and no hassle. Not every product is perfect. This backpack was as described and did the job. Spacious and many compartments to hold a variety of items. Highest recommendations not only for the product but the service and support after the sale.

Just what he needed. Seems to be made well, zippers look strong. More than enough space amd some nice extras like the charging feature.

My old backpack was falling apart after six or more years of use. I was going to buy the same backpack again but then saw this item and after some research decided to go with it. What I like and dislike are as follows: LIKES 1. It is well made and sturdy. I travel extensively and need something that can be abused and not fall apart. This fits that bill. 2. It has a unique feature that allows you to put a battery pack inside the backpack and has an external connection that I can plug into to charge my phone and tablet. Nice. 3. It has a front panel that opens up that I can put my hard hat into. I used to have to carry my hard hat on the outside of the old backpack and it would not fit under the plane seats. This solves that. 4. It has an absurd amount of storage space. It has two interior zippered sections plus the front panel section that I mentioned above, plus two zippered side pockets, two mesh sections for water bottles, and three zippered small storage compartments. One internal section has pockets with padding for two laptops, plus pockets for phones, battery packs and other items. The other internal section I use to store clothing, jackets and similar items. DISLIKES 1. It's just too big for my needs. There is no way I can use all the storage space provided. And I don't need to carry two laptops. I would prefer less storage and a smaller backpack. I gave it four stars because it is just too big.

Large, sturdy, and very comfortable. I am very rough on my backpacks and had to replace my previous one as it was starting to show signs of it's abuse and also I was starting to carry a larger laptop, which just BARELY fit in it. This bag fits it with a bit of room to spare and I can bring my half gallor water jug for my 12 hours shifts no problem. I live out of my bag and I have to say this one is pretty awesome.

Updating from 1 star to 4. Seller refunded my money immediately - very nice about it. Best backpack I've used over the many years. I am buying another and hopefully the handle doesn't come undone. Honestly, if it does I'll take it to a bag repair shop or something because I like the backpack that much. I'm hoping the issues was that I got a bad one with defective stictching the first time. Scary, I saw a similar review. Also, I hope more that the manufacturer takes notes and reinforces the material or stitching at the top handle area. Regardless, Sellers who are good to their customers - I want to work with. 7 days after return window, it's self-destructing. This bag was a replacement from a big name brand and I was leary. This is exactly why. Before the material started coming undone I was super impressed/happy. But, now, I'm againlooking for a replacement for a daily work bag with large laptop and whatever junk I can cram in it.

Its a right size back pack for travel. Has good number of compartments to accomodate a variety of stuff. Just need to remember where you kept what, otherwise one may end up searching a lot of these compartments. The Quality of material used and the stitch quality is excellent. The zippers are also of excellent quality. It has a very fine and clean finish. Am extremely happy with this purchase and a good value for money spent.

Great backpack with tons of storage but the charger is a gimmick. Don't believe me? First off, it does not come with a charging pack, just the cord. With that being the case, why not just plug your phone directly into the charging pack (that you bought seperately). Second, most phone chargers are USB-C now so they won't work with this. That said, It is a good, durable backpack with lots of space. I used mine for university, and was able to fit textbooks, laptop, gym clothes, lunch, and my sweater with a substantial amount of room leftover. So if you're buying this because of the charger, done, but if you desire the extra space, snag it.
