Decent product- horrible customer service & support by Sunwayfoto

One of the panning locking levers fell off the first time I used it. Since it's spring loaded, the parts went everywhere. I contacted Sunwayfoto customer service multiple times for replacement parts beginning 1/10/2017 and as of today (2/28/2017) still don't have the parts, though I'm told they are on the way. The panning head overall works well if you can tolerate horrible customer service from Sunwayfoto.
