Makes me bloated
I have put on so much more weight when using this and it does not help with menopause

As with any natural supplements, it takes time to take effect...maybe a month. I didn't even realize how much this supplement has helped with my hot flashes and mood until I skipped it for a few days (went on a trip and forgot to bring it). The hot flashes and mood symptoms came back really fast. Bottom line is this, this product has been a TREMENDOUS help in reducing my hot flashes, improving my mood, and improving my sleep. No doctor prescribed hormone needed for me!

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically... now a month in...I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.

This stuff really works! I don’t experience any hot flashes or night sweats, it doesn’t help with sleep but that doesn’t bother me. As long as I don’t have to go through hot flashes or night sweats, then I’m happy.

Seems to be working well. Hot flashes severely diminished within first week. Yay for sleeping!

I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.
