Small as I need to put it in purse coin pocket, perfect

Serves the name right, micro. Small in size but not as tiny as Cruzer Fit. Metal built is really good and doesn't get crazy hot as a few other metal ones. Performance as expected. Bit pricey than others in this capacity though.

I loved it. But bit expensive

Earlier I used SanDisk Untra Fit which is even smaller, but that one is slower and gets very how. No such problem with this drive. Build quality is very sturdy (metal) and size is relatively compact. The only cons are slightly higher price and sometimes write performance dips a little bit. But overall, this is the best item if you're looking for a fast and compact pen drive.

Performance: 30 MB/s Write 200 MB/s Read Sometimes write speed goes up to 80 MB/s, I have never seen that kind of writing before on any drives, it's a bit weird. I have brought this for booting up OS during troubleshooting as 200 MB/s Read will help tremendously. They didn't have an option for 128 GB so I had to settle with this one. The 3rd screenshot that I took, contains the performance when copying a large file, I am copying a virtual image of a system. As you can see it has some performance issues when it comes to writing. Please check the performance benchmark photo that I have attached to get a better understanding.

I found the pen drive to be a tight fit on both my USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports on my Dell Inspiron 14 5420. I have no comments on the relative performance of the drive as I don't have any other drive at hand. I did however run some benchmarks and I have uploaded them with this review for the benefit of others.

I’ve had one of these on my keys for a couple years now and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s very durable and very compact, I’ve never had it malfunction in the years I’ve been using it. It may not be the fastest drive but compactness and ruggedness is why you buy this flashdrive. I work in industrial automation and I always am making backups and transferring programs from one system to another. This keychain flashdrive has saved my bacon more times then one. I also keep several of my favorite movies on this flashdrive which you can then plug into the back of any smart tv and watch anywhere. My only recommendation to Kingston is to beef up the metal body end of the USB A- plug as it has deformed inward on me slightly a few times, nothing that couldn’t be straightened out easily with a flathead but I’d like to see it’s end look straight all the time and not have to worry about it before I plug it in. I hope Kingston will release a durable all metal keychain version of their dual end usb-A and usb-c flash drive soon as some laptops only support USB-C nowadays. But for now this works great for 95% of my needs. Can’t recommend enough!

Der Kingston DataTraveler Micro mit 64 GB hat mich von Anfang an überzeugt. Er ist super kompakt, verschwindet fast komplett im USB-Port und ist dabei trotzdem erstaunlich stabil verarbeitet. Genau das Richtige für den Schlüsselbund – kein Deckel, kein Mechanismus, einfach ein solider Mini-Stick, der immer dabei ist. Ich nutze ihn jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit regelmäßig, und bislang gab es keinerlei Probleme – keine Datenverluste, keine Aussetzer, auch mechanisch zeigt er sich absolut robust. Perfekt für alle, die ein zuverlässiges Speichermedium für unterwegs suchen. Fazit: Klein, unauffällig, aber leistungsfähig – der perfekte USB-Stick für den Schlüsselbund. Preis-Leistung top!
