My son read this in 2 hours. He needed 2.8 points to meet his accelerated reader program points by Friday. This book was worth 4 points. I ordered it on Friday evening, we got it on Saturday, he read it in Sunday, and tested on it on Monday. If you have a school aged kid that likes everything sports, I recommend this book. I ordered 2 more books from this Author for him.

The reading is designed for the 4th grade reader and large print.

I have a 9-year-old boy who doesn't like to read. I ordered him this book and he loved it! It made his nightly homework reading much more enjoyable.

Just finished this book with my 9 year old son. It’s the second of Lane’s books we have read. We love the sports story line and how he weaves in life lessons of perseverance, family and faith. It’s a must read!
