Nice bat

It has been a great bat so far, its held up fine for just casual use playing as a family at the park and such. Not cracks or breaks, the finish has even held up better than I expected. Call me old fashioned but in my eyes there's nothing better than a good old American Louisville Slugger.

Budget option for bats if you need a practice live pitching bat. Durability of the previous gen models tended to break if using batting cages or live pitching of ball velocity above 90 MPH, from my undergrad era 3-5 hits of a ball above 92-98 MPH created micro cracks in the bat so keep that in mind if you practice or do pickup games around AA-AAA pitching. Weight is perfect for decent balance to contact rate of pitches. If you tend to reach at pitches like 1990s era Chippy, bigger and heavier sends the ball further on outer strike zones as bat speed factors into that.

Ever since I picked up this beauty, I've been crushing dingers like they're going out of style. And I mean EVERY. SINGLE. SWING. Home run! Even when I whiff - which is rare, mind you - the ball somehow finds its way over the fence. It's like this bat has a personal vendetta against staying in the park! Now, I know what you're thinking. "But sir, you play in the Silver Sluggers 65+ league at the local park." To which I say: exactly! That's where the real talent is. None of that fancy Major League nonsense. We've got heart, grit, and pitcher Jimmy, who may only be 9, but he's got an arm like a cannon... if cannons threw underhand at about 15 mph. You should see the fear in the outfielders' eyes when I step up to the plate. They back up so far they're practically in the parking lot! Not that it matters - with this bat, I'm sending balls clear over the 160-foot "Green Monster" in center field. Take that, Fenway! I'm telling you, this Louisville Slugger has turned me into the greatest baseball player on Earth. Forget Cooperstown, they should build a whole new Hall of Fame just for me and this bat. So if you want to dominate your local rec league, crush some homers, and show those youngsters (anyone under 60) how it's done, get yourself one of these bad boys. Just leave some records for the rest of us mere mortals to break, will ya? Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got to ice my shoulder. Apparently, hitting 73 home runs in a single game can be a bit taxing. But that's the price of greatness, my dudes!

The bat is comfortable, but broke after less than 6 months.

Guter Baseballschläger der gut Verarbeitet ist. Qualität des Holzes kann aber bei diesen günstigeren Varianten variieren. Kleiner defekt unten am griff: Es steht ein kleines Stück Lack heraus, das ist aber bei dem Preis Okay.

Great value, look and performance.

The bat is damaged. There are finger prints on the bat and markes on the wood that does not get wipped off. The logo color is smudged and left ugly marks on the bat. That bat color and finishing is not as good as the one i receieved in my first order from this shop. I am not happy with this product at all.

Great feel, excellent balance, easy to swing and barrel is large enough to hit it far. This bat has increase my batting average by allowing me to swing easier and focus on contact.
