great item! all bands seem great quality with nice connections. ive only used the higher resistance ones so far and they have been great. the bag is nothing too fancy but nice and holds everything. it comes with a sheet of different exercises and everything listed in description is there. long ago my dr suggested use of resistance bands after i suffered disc damage due to a car accident so i am familiar with bands, meaning, never use them in a way that they could ever fly up and hurt you. these seem strong and secure that they wont break at any of the ends or hooks but hey, you never know. just a precaution to use safely.

Less than one week and one of the bands snapped. Not only that, but it was actually the first time I'd used that particular band. I'm returning it ASAP. At the time of this writing (09/24/2015) I am the only person who's left a review that didn't receive the product for free in exchange for a review. I am also the only person leaving a negative review. Are these two things linked? Are they just coincidence and I happened to get a bad unit? I don't know, but I do know that from now on I will be very skeptical of any product where merchandise was exchanged for reviews.

The thickness of the bands are a little less than the normal Therabands that I've used in the past, but with 5 colors/resistances to choose from for various exercises, I'm OK so far. Sometimes I just double-up with two bands. And the door attachment is quite simple - and good. I would, however, like if the hand grips were a little wider, so the straps didn't rub againsts the sides of my hands during the movements. Overall, for the price, I'm satisfied with the band set.

Clips are small and low quality.

The product worked very good till the black band snapped on me, which could have been very painful if it ended up hitting me...

I received this item free of charge for my honest review. To start, I bought a cheap set of resistance bands in the past and these were much better quality. They are thick, durable, and made really well. They are easy to use and easily portable with the use of the bag. The entire contents of the bag probably weighs about 1-2 pounds and it barely takes up any space. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for some extra help getting fit in the privacy of your own home.

These bands are not made to last. I've had them for about 2 weeks now and 3 of the 5 bands have broken.Don't waste your time or money. Find something else that's better quality.

A first rate kit. Bands have hooks on the ends and are doubled and wrapped for extra security. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the instructions are a little too little.
