Amazing Quality and attention to detail. You can see the time and effort that was spent on the research and development on this Lego Technic Ferrari Daytona SP3 Model and the Ferrari Design Teams collaboration. All I can say is Amazing!, I will enjoy this build as much as the Lamborghini Sian. I will send photos when the build is completed. I would recommend it for any Super Car enthusiasts. Bought for my grandson's birthday. He loves doing lego projects. He was head over heels when he opened it.

It was easy to put together, Just took a while. As with any Lego model, this thing is on the pricier side of things. It’s definitely well designed though. And they are true about the 1:8 scale size. Had a great time building this one though.

This is only my second high difficulty Technic build, but I couldn’t believe how well designed this was. It’s no wonder it took 2 years to design this car. It took a very long time to build but I very much enjoyed it, and the end result was very much worth it. It looks incredible. Two downsides: The first is the cost. This is a very expensive set at $450 at the time I bought it. The second downside was a missing piece, but this is more of a minor inconvenience. It wasn’t a small piece but luckily didn’t prevent me from continuing the build. Lego is great about sending out replacement pieces, and a replacement piece is on its way to me. With as many pieces are in this set it’s not surprising a piece would be missing.

Great Lego build

I would say the obvious, take your time, lay all your pieces out and start the fun. You will need an area to lay out each bag, and there are many lol You might want to invest in a small lazy susan. As the build progresses it becomes a little awkward to constantly pickup and spin around to assemble both sides. Put it on a lazy susan and your problem is solved, you can spin it while your building without having to always pick it up. One more thing to remember, the further into the build the harder it is to disassemble if a mistake is made, so I stress to not rush, take your time and enjoy!!

Hugh quality Lego set as you would expect. My complaint is the way the bags and instructions are laid out. I did the McLaren Lego kit and each bag was about 30 minutes of build time. So for a busy guy who would sit and go, it was easy to open a bag and get a bit done and then return to other activities. This kit has BIG steps with hundreds of parts and so when you get started on a section you’re doing like 4-5 bags at a time and a build time of 2-3 hours. For me that’s hard because I usually can’t dedicate 2-3 hours at once and so I have to leave pieces laying on the table sometimes for days. Making it worse, I have 2 cats who love to smack the pieces around. So I ended up taking WAY longer to build this because I could only make progress when I had big blocks of time to dedicate. Would have preferred smaller steps so you can sit and go more easily.
