They seem really mild, because I did not notice any effects from taking them. I have definitely felt effects from a different brand's super powder.

These Superfood Greens capsules contain a variety of 13 fruits and veggies. As someone who doesn't like vegetables, I need something to supplement and fill in the nutritional gaps in my diet. These capsules are a good compromise for me. They are pretty large but they are fairly easy to swallow. They don't leave any aftertaste or cause nasty burps. They don't upset my stomach. Take 2 capsules 1-2 times per day. The low price makes these capsules a great deal!
