I'm 5'5" and 140lb. I usually get an M, and this M fits well. I am getting severe flashbacks to 2007 with this long lace cami lol. The set is super comfy and soft. Great summer PJs. The only thing I would change is that the straps are too narrow and make your chest look a little weird.
