First time buyer, me review is as under:- -Tastes Good -Mixes well in a shaker in cold water/ milk, mixes with a spoon in hot milk. - Very very sweet, first time I couldn’t even finish it, reduced the intake to half scoop, tastes good. - Not sure of protein, someone posted it has only 6 grams protein per serving against claimed of 24 grams. - Don’t feel much difference after work out if I take it or don’t take it. - Started this 15 days ago only. - Bought it for two reasons - Value for money and super positive reviews 4 star + and 4k + reviews.

This is one of the best product for the beginners , have tried many brands but this has given good noticeable results, given the price point and the contents best protein in range of 1000rs, and also multiple flavor choices which gives lot of option to select. Some of the best flavors are strawberry, banana ,cream n cookies. The other flavors feel too sweet . Overall best buy with the given price range and definitely worth trying it for beginners.
