Not only that, the scale includes a timer to help you perfect that pour as you use the Hario V60 setup. New Model features decreased start-up time, improved reaction rate, anti-slip rubber feet, and improved water resistance

Review: Fast, easy to read, accurate, great to use for pour-over - Possibly the best scales I've ever seen for using with a pour-over coffee. I've got a set of admittedly, cheap coffee scales, which I still use to measure shot volumes. This set of scales however take pride of place amongst my coffee tools. To me the main features are: - They are fast (adding volume to a vessel it shows the new weight quickly with no waiting for things to settle down) - They are accurate (with a varying accuracy depending on the overall weight you're using, less than 200g is the highest degree of accuracy, then up to 500g and so on) - They are lightweight in themselves (no hernia dragging them around the kitchen) - They are made in such a way that you do not need a silly sliver of silicone between the vessel and the scales (you can put your coffee server straight onto them and need not worry about the liquid temperature). And other things too: - they run on AAA batteries, not a rechargeable with suddenly runs out in use and needs a charge to make them work - they are quiet in use - they are easy to read The fact that the way they are made automatically keeps hot things away from the weight sensor makes so much easier to use. The way things are constructed does give me a feeling of decent quality. Although expensive, because they work so well, I'm really pleased with them. I'd rather pay for this kind of quality over getting two of the tiny cheap types any day of the week.

I use this to make v60 drip coffee and have found it to be very accurate and precise I have double checked on another scale to confirm this , the scales are light and very sleek looking , these took longer to arrive as they came from Amazon us but so much cheaper by about £10 with free delivery , would highly recommend these scales great quality
