Minimalist 05% Marula Oil Face Moisturizer

Wildly impressed with this moisturizer. Honestly I was looking for something cheap to try, as I was out of moisturizer and had been striking out as far as claimed benefits of other products. Most 'deep hydrating' products just miss the mark and this one seems to have nailed it. I am 45 and am experiencing hormonal fluctations that are keeping my skin guessing..one day dry and the other oily as heck. To my surprize this was a thin, yet hydrating and did not leave my skin oily nor needing more moisture. My skin looked and felt great after application and after continued use I'd love to see what other benefits I may experience. All goes well and I think I might try other products. Worth a shot if you are considering it, you cant find a drug store brand at this price anymore!

One of the best moisturizers for normal-to-dry skin types. Has a good texture, works well during the winter, and doesn't need frequent re application. For comparison: it is more moisturizing than Ordinary's HA moisturizer, but less greasy than Ordinary's Phytoceramides moisturizer and didn't cause breakouts. Very worth it!

I've got a used tube that should've been offered as a tester. No box, no protective foil seal at the tube opening - and less than a half of the product left! A tester, basically. Granted, it isn't easy to choose skin care products sight unseen, and I understand that it's hard for the seller to take losses. Since it's a tube, not a jar, I decided that it might be safe enough to try - and I was hooked! (now I'm on my second tube, that one arrived unopened) Great day moisturizer for combination sensitive skin (with Montana Emu Ranch - Sensitive Skin Cream for night cream). Moisturizes just enough without being too heavy for day use. My picky skin likes it!

I love the Minimalist face moisturizer so much during the winter or cold seasons. I use it mainly at night after I apply any toners or products that could potentially be drying to my skin like retinol. It goes on smooth and does not leave a super oily feeling on my face or hands after applying. It truly is minimalistic! If you want something lightweight and moisturizing, try this!

Currently my favourite moisturiser. I’m on my third bottle and my skin looks and feels great. It is not oily, I have somewhat oily skin and the bottle is small but a little goes a long way!

Super hydrating for the dry and flake skin. Helps to repair the skin . Affordable. Cost effective. No much scent. Very light weight. No much oiliness can use morning and night.

Moisturize my face the whole time

I am very happy with this gel like moisturizer. It's got a creamy consistency, not too heavy, but moisturizing enough that I only need one layer. It gives my skin a nice bounce. On super windy dry winter days I do add a teensy bit of organic vegetable glycerin, but that's personal taste. I like heavy moisturization. I have really good skin and want to maintain that. At fifty it's starting to finally show some years. I honestly thought I was going to get carded forever, but that seems to be trailing off. This is an excellent base for makeup and dries quickly. It grips primer or foundation well. I use it morning and night. I will keep buying this as it's perfect for me - economical, environmentally friendly packaging (no big wasteful jar), no silly fragrance added to make me feel like I'm on a vacation for five minutes. Perfect. Everything my skin needs goes on before this, so my moisturizer is purely for moisture and this does the job well. And without any scaly or waxy issues. I hate that. Udate. It's six months later and mid summer. I still love this and for the first time ever am finding myself loyal to a product. It's managing my overly enthusiastic air conditioning as well as the dead heat of an eastern Canadian summer. Or what most North Americans just call "summer." 😎 I am, tragically, a hideous sweater despite the seasons and top my tzone with Mehron powder if braving the outside. This means that I get the benefit of my now favourite moisturizer and the public doesn't have to see me literally melt down. I love how this moisturizer supports makeup, truly. The tightness in my cheeks that I assumed was ageing or genetic as near disappeared. I only see it now when I realize that I need to add another foundation to the "toss box" for being too dry, inflexible, having widely spaced molecules. This has improved my skin so much that I now expect more from it, and at my age that is fabulous.
