I Bleach my floors often and it has had no fading. I would make sure to clean the grout before applying it to give it something to grasp to. I’m not sure about it being mold resistant. **Q: Will this work inside on the tiled shower walls?** A: This stuff is completely worthless. Do not buy it. You will waste your time applying it, then when you wipe the excess off your tiles, half of it will come off the grout. The remaining half that stayed on the grout will look like black mold. **Q: Is this product safe to use on marble and granite?** A: Yes **Q: Can you use a steam mop on floors after this has been applied?** A: A steam vac is all I use to clean my floors and I find that it does no harm to my refreshed grout. I did hesitate steaming them for a couple weeks but sweeping only works for so long. I am happy to say that my floors still look great and it's been a couple months now. Just don't leave the steam mop/vac on the grout for a long time just incase. Easy clean up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wipe on wipe off. *by M***R on 14 January 2026* Tedious. Wipe on wipe off. I do it in two batches. I use a paint brush wait 30 minutes then clean up overage with microfiber towel. After that dries I then go over area where grout might have been pulled up, let set then wash floor with clean microfiber towel. Work in batches 4x4.
