This is my second time purchasing Muscle Nectar Fish Oil, and I’m genuinely satisfied with the product. One of the reasons I chose it is because it's lab-tested and manufactured in Kerala, which gave me confidence in its quality and authenticity. The oil is sourced from sardines, and I appreciate that there’s no fishy aftertaste or burps, which is often an issue with other fish oil supplements. I take one capsule daily, usually immediately after food, which seems to work best for me. Since I’m also taking other supplements, it’s hard to pinpoint the exact effects of this one alone. Very good product and they actually, give what they advertise

Worst omega 3 tablet ever used. After 2 weeks of usage you will understand it's have no effect. There is no hint of lemon flavour, always a fishy smell. Go with another brands.. Nueherbs is good
