Comfortable product
I HATE lotion and applying it to any of my person, especially my face. I was looking up comfortable sunscreen for your face and I got this as a top recommendation. It is exactly as is advertised. It’s very lightweight, non greasy which is probably the top issue for me. I won’t say that applying sunscreen is my favorite but this product has made me a lot more willing to do it. Glad that this product will save me from a leathery future.

Best sunscreen ever!
This is one of my holy grail products!! I’ve been using it for a few years and it literally changed my skin for the better. I don’t really wear makeup but I do use this up to twice a day. I love that it doesn’t really have a scent, it doesn’t pill or leave a white caste. It feels more like a moisturizer than sunscreen. It also lasts me a fairly long time compared to other products. I really could talk about this sunscreen all day, it’s that incredible.

Works well for me
I've been using this for about four years, but only recently ordered it through Amazon, where it's more expensive than the maker's website but I come out ahead with free (and faster) shipping here. It seems to do a good job protecting my skin from the sun, probably because it's a combo mineral and chemical sunscreen. Despite having very light skin I've never gotten sunburned when using it, even though I apply it once each morning and that's it for the day. But if were into swimming or outdoor sports other than an occasional walk, I would feel safer reapplying at some point in the day. It's not as inexpensive as some, but it still costs less than other brands that target women. It has no added scent so it won't attract bees, etc., but it does have a scent to it initially as you apply it. Some reviewers say it smells like plastic, but for some reason my nose interprets it as a light floral scent. Your nose may vary. It's easy to spill because it's very runny out of the tube, but that helps it spread more easily and soak into my skin faster. For the first two minutes it may give a white cast, but that goes away as it soaks in. I took off one star because the ingredients separate easily. I have to shake the tube well before using it each day or I may get a really thin liquid with white lumps in it. Make sure the cap it on tight after each use, or the contents may start to oxidize (turn brown).

Love this stuff.
When I first opened this SPF, I was afraid it would be too heavy and oily for my combination skin. I also had concerns about it burning my eyes, as it had a very similar scent and texture to another sunscreen that does exactly that. After my first application however, I was amazed— no eye irritation, and it settled down into a glowy, natural finish. It’s definitely a heavier sunscreen, but I love to use it on sunny days to feel really protected. It’s also nice during the winter, as it’s very moisturizing and will keep your face soft and protected. No strong scent. Definitely my favorite American sunscreen I’ve tried.

I don't know how to feel about this sunscreen.
I really, really wanted to like this sunscreen but the first time I used it my skin felt like I had my face on a gas stove. The burn was insane. It eventually faded but I was shocked at how bad it burned. I have very dry, sensitive, acne prone skin and a lot of skincare burns my face but it has never been nowhere as bad as that. I've used many Paula's Choice products and at least for my skin all of the moisturizers seem to really burn my skin but I've used several Paula's Choice sunscreens and luckily didn't have an issue so I was surprised with this one. It seemed to really dry my skin out as well. Also as you can see in one of the photos, the stopper that's in the cap just completely broke off allowing the very runny sunscreen to flow out. I've never dropped it or anything and I've only used it once so I have no idea how that happened. I like that you get quite a good amount for a decent price and the ingredients seem fine but I'm really annoyed that I can't just shut the lid and not worry about it making a mess. I will be trying it again in case I was just having a really sensitive skin day when I first tried it but I don't know, I'm just kinda bummed out. I can see this working well for people without sensitive skin. Probably best for normal to oily skin.

I am not happy with the product, once started using the textures is stale and reacted on face.

Ive got sensitive skin. It burns during the day. It can be drying once it’s dried down after application. To be honest you can get better sunscreens of this quality for much lower prices from other Brand’s.
