SHALL 1HP 750W Sump Pump Submersible 3566GPH Clean/Dirty Utility Pump w/Sliding Filter, Copper Motor Electric Water Pump for Swimming Pool Garden Tub Pond Flood Basement Drain w/Float Switch & Fitting

I used this to drain a 2000 gallon swim spa. The height was about 4 feet. It took about 4 hours to drain it. At that rate, the flow rate was no more than 500 gallons per hour. While that did not meet what was published I would definitely buy again. It is well built and the flow rate is much greater than a non powered syphon which would have taken all day or longer and for the $50 or so cost it is a real bargain. The water flow coming out of the hose was like a hose you have attached to your house so the garden hose I used may have been a limiting factor. So if you are wanting something to drain a spa or swim spa, great deal and maybe even an above ground pool. For a normal in ground backyard pool it would work but could take a long time using a garden hose; you may want to look into whether the garden hose limits the flow. Note it did squeal for the first 15 minutes or so but then settled down and then the noise was very small. Again for the cost I would definitely buy again and a great value.

This pump is for my backyard small fish pound to keep elevated in water. It comes with 2 size head to connect to my hose. It was simple to put everything together. I don’t need to consult the menu. Once i had put everything in place, the pump worked great. It was able to pump the water down to about 1/2 inch reasonably quick. I am happy with this pump.

According the 3500 gph. It should have emptied the hot tub in 9 min. An hour later a little a over half of 450 gallons pumped out. It working but not to the level advertised.

Once the pump was primed this worked OK, but only when a length of tubing was not attached. With tubing attached it failed to pump the water up the tube. It was not powerful enough or had difficulty building suction. Removing the tube, I was occasionally able to get it primed enough to spray water far and out of the fountain I was draining. It was a mess, but it worked, sorta. Also it comes with adapters for tubing to eject the water but it does not include the tubing itself.

Nice-bargain pump. Will use to drain my garden pond again in spring ,to clean it. Did a fast efficient job.

Incredibly powerful pump! This water pump performs an excellent job of draining the water from my pond, which is 5 feet by 5 feet and has to be cleaned regularly. This pump draws in water and forces it through the hose at a rate of 3566 gallons per hour. In addition, the build quality is durable and can withstand extreme pressures underwater. Extremely dependable. It comes highly recommended by me!

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a pump to descale my water heater and there wasn't much difference in price between 1/4HP and this one at 1HP. It was easy to attach a 3/4" washing machine hose and worked very well. NOTE: do not let the water/ vinegar/ etc get less than 8" deep. It makes a horrific noise. We dumped in over the 8" but after 30 min it went below and it took some troubleshooting to figure out the problem. The video is of the pump acting normally. It's actually pretty quiet. Having the float is a bit tedious for a water heater cleanse, but you just jiggle the float to get it working and leave it balanced near the pump. Overall, I'm super happy.
