Q: how do these need to be powered up? do they plug into the receiver or do i need an external battery for them? do I need a BEC to run off battery?

I used super glue on my xmaxx cuz the sticky on the back doesn't work all that well and make sure you run the wires close to the body cuz they get snagged easy
