I've purchased a wooden pizza peel, (too thick to slide under the dough), an uncoated aluminum peel, (that was thin enough to get the pizza on, but needed way too much flour and/or semolina flour to launch into the oven. Then I bought this. Just a light dusting of flour and this well-designed, coated peel makes launching a pizza a breeze. I've used it 6 times and every pizza slid off easily and on target. Easy to clean and can be hung up using the hole in the handle. I'm so glad I bought this and will never use any other type. Thank you!

This pizza peel works very well. It is lightweight and easy to use. Would have given a 5 except it is a bit long for easy storage. Otherwise a great peel.

This worked great for my ninja 8 in 1 outdoor wood fire oven. The Ninja version was $40 and looked the same so I went with this one and it didn't disappoint. I wish it came with a cover but for the price I'm not gonna take a star off for that.

I got a piza oven for my birthday and it didn't come with a pizza paddle. I found this one and it works great. It slips easily into the oven and makes turning the pizza easy. It is an essential purchase if you have a pizza oven.

This thing is perfect. Nice and light and cleans off well if anything should dirty it.
