Really easy to set up with nice and simple instructions. Done the first stage on one set of stones, and first lesson learned. Use stones of a similar size! Before I go onto stage 2, I'll go back out and get more of the smaller stones to make a complete batch. Then go through the other 3 stages in one go. Stage 1 was run for a week on speed 3. VERY effective at getting rid of the rough and sharp edges. Due to the rubberised drum, it was a lot quieter than I expected. With a quick check online, I discovered that if you stood the machine on a folded up towel it makes it even quieter! I'll update this as I progress. Very happy so far. 😊

Good price for amount. Love that it came with a measuring scoop in well resealable bottles. The grit seems appropriate although I'm still learning and trying to get to the perfect shine.

Makes great rock tumbler

The grit works fairly well for the rough tumbling stages, but is not fine enough to polish your rocks. As soon as the rocks dry they will look dull and cloudy.

I love that it has a measuring spoon because I never know how much I really need to put into the polisher . I'm sure I've wasted a lot without using one. I just dumped the whole package into it. Not the best way. I'm 70 and I am teaching my 3 year old grandson about using it after I'm gone. Great way to spend family time with the grandkids.
