I thought this had a pocket to place a pad in … but it hasn’t. ( add shows the nappy and pads that you can buy together. That aside they are really god quality and leakproof. I have put a stick on liner in just so the nappy doesn’t get stained and keep it fresh the whole day.. The adjustable Velcro fastening makes it fit snuggly so no metal clips digging in will be buying more
