This is hands down my favorite coffee cup on the market but one lid broke when dropped and another I melted when trying to boil after leaving it my truck for a few days. They told me they will sell replacement lids soon. Highly recommend this cup. **Q: I often like to drink w/o lid. Is it comfortable that way, or do the grooves on the inside make it uncomfortable to drink w/o the lid?** A: The grooves are low enough you don’t feel them and the opening is pretty rounded and not uncomfortable. **Q: How do you clean the lid? Does it come apart for cleaning?** A: Nope but you can either hand wash with a sponge then clean it with a small bottle brush or simply put it in the top rack of your dishwasher with the lid pushed down as if you would do to drink the coffee/tea in your cup! The cup and lid are dishwasher top rack friendly! :) **Q: Will it fit under my Keurig brewer? What is the height of the mug without the lid?** A: It really depends upon the model. It does not fit under the one I have at home, but it barely fits under the one at the office (not a commercial Keurig).
