I was in search of a electrolytes powder that would help with my breastmilk supply after having my baby. This one seemed to work the best out of all the ones I tried. I've had at least one to two packets a day and I could notice a visible difference in the amount of ounces I was able to produce over the course of the day as opposed to the amount I was producing on other electrolyte brands and just water alone. The taste is good, I especially like the watermelon and the lemon citrus. The lychee is okay but I don't dislike it. Would buy again!! (Pictured watermelon flavor with 24oz)

My favorite electrolytes right here! The whole family enjoys them! I appreciate the quality of ingredients and feel hydrated. The flavors taste great too! It’s easy to dissolve in water.

If you know, you know. The one simple ingredient to replace sugar(which is in this too) ruins everything.

I can tell liquid iV works within 30 mins energy burst, I definitely will NEVER buy this again until they offer watermelon only, tastes like chemicals especially lychee one yuckI tried to contact support no easy way and no returns so I dropped it to 1 star

I liked the lemon, the other flavors, esp watermelon are far too sweet. I love this brand but I find them to be too sweet. I was disappointed that this product has some sugar in it.

The cymbiotica sticks are convenient for a quick hit of hydration before a workout in the Florida heat. They don't taste amazing but that seems to be the case for many of these electrolyte drinks. I like they are natural vs the other products with loads of crap. I also wanted to add that 3 grams of sugar very low in connection with electrolytes. I believe this is the minimum in order to electrolytes to be effective in combo with sodium, potassium. The sugar free/keto crowd nuts.

Obsessed with these electrolyte packets. They taste great, mix into water easily, and leave me feeling well hydrated! Clean ingredients too.

I'm a fan of Cymbiotika, but these electrolytes are not for me. They have a weird taste—not disgusting, but everything else I've tried before was much better. I wouldn't say they are more effective than other brands either. They are definitely more expensive. I don't think this product is worth the money
