These Vit B3 tablets seem to be excellent, in terms of size (easy to swallow: some of the same strength are apparently uncomfortably large). they are conveniently and attractively packaged, and the order came very promptly. My main use for B3 is in relation to long term maintenance of good (= for an 85 year old like me, younger looking) skin. It's probably too early to say how they are doing, though I am beginning, after a couple of weeks, to think I see a good effect (in combination with other things like charcoal soap, exfoliation and moisturizing (yes, at my age it's hard work to be vain). I also think, as I see some other reviewers have found, that I sensed a boost to general wellbeing after quite a short time (5 days or so). So: a fully satisfied customer!
