Some reviews questioned that, but think of a bag full of cotton balls or gauze. They are not individually wrapped, but look clean. Price is affordable and they are absorbing all fluids post surgery!

Previously, I was given a mustache guard similar to these, and they were the single biggest help in recovery besides saline. They brought peace of mind while anesthesia wore off and in future days as blood and mucus continued draining. These helped to not get blood and mucus all over clothes and bedding as might have otherwise while resting. I ordered these on Amazon while I was in the waiting room during the procedure and they arrived at our door within hours of returning home. Great quality. We cut slots in the elastic to extend and adjust the size for a large head. Very easy to do with scissors. Well worth money spent. Did not need as many as I purchased, but I would repeat buy without question.

Great product and much more comfortable than what my doctor provided post-surgery. You can loosen the fit of these by snipping a little of the gauze ear hooks. These are very absorbent and easy to keep in place.

I had a recent septoplasty and these were sooo much better than the gauze and tape that you’d otherwise be using. I hated having tape on my face and how hard it was to get off. Definitely recommend these. Fit a little big but still worked fine.

These made my sinus surgery recovery so much easier. They do get tight so rated 4 instead of 5 stars but you can easily stretch them some if needed.

These were amazing for my septoplasty recovery. I box a box of 20 and probably only used 10, but your bleeding may vary. They are very easy to change and super absorbent. Fit well and prevented me from getting tape irritation
