I'm very happy with this iron! I am very sensitive to iron so normally if I took iron I would be constipated and get a headache immediately after ingesting. My blood levels were always borderline and with my first pregnancy I didn't lose that much blood from c section but because my levels were borderline I dipped into anemia. I was pale & had no energy to get out of the hospital bed.. I slept all day and night which led to blood clots to form. The nurses realized I wasn't just being lazy after a couple of days and blood work showed I needed a blood transfusion. They gave me those horrible iron pills 3x a day with a laxative. I HATE anything orange flavored but this iron doesn't taste that much like orange if that makes sense and it taste just like candy!! It taste just like the popular party candy Smarties. I read reviews that this chalky.. I was expecting to be tasting something similar to tums but no.. its not chalky AT ALL it taste like candy (don't worry not overly sweet & dissolves quickly when chewed). Most likely you will be tempted to eat more. I was already constipated with heartburn before I started taking these.. its very suspicious.. but ever since I've been taking this I've been regular (almost every morning.. if not morning rarely the afternoonz0 and it doesn't cause me heartburn. I THINK THEY PUT SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU POOP.. it may be the sunflower lecithin. Not that I'm complaining. Because it taste so much like candy.. if you have kids make sure you keep out of reach. I will say tho.. the first 3-4 days I did get a hint of a headache but it quickly disappeared after 20 minutes and hasn't returned since so I guess these are gentle. I will continue to take these even after pregnancy and let's hope the company don't change ingredients (YOU KNOW HOW THESE COMPANIES DO WHEN THINGS GET POPULAR THEN THE PRODUCT IS RUINED AND NOW YOUR FORCED TO FIND AN REPLACEMENT)

Very easy on the stomach.

This is iron in a non-yucky form. It has a pleasant orange taste and is chewable -- much more fun than swallowing a pill. You get your day's worth of iron without the dread. About it being "chalky" in texture, if you're okay with Tums, you should be fine with these, too; these are more flavorful and are softer to chew.

The product is as describe and very easy to take with a pleasant flavor of orange,I started taking it immediately and am pleased so far with it.

I took this along with another iron tablet. Within two months my ferritin levels went from 7 to 33. After 4 months 43. My iron levels went from 6 to 43 after two months and after four months went to 83. My doctor was amazed. All my iron level Indicators which pointed to anemia have returned to normal Healthy levels. It’s taken my body awhile to catch up but the fatigue is gone. I have ordered this supplement 4 times. I now have reduced my iron intake but at least take one restore tablet daily 27mg of iron along with a healthy diet. This is a chewable tablet which tastes like a sweet orange fizzy but not too sweet. I highly recommend this tablet. It is always good to take with food. I got great results on my blood test and can feel the difference on my energy levels going up.This is a great product. Nothing more to say.

My kid has a ferritin issue, and we have tried everything. Other OTC iron, prescription iron pills, liquid iron, etc - all with diet changes to include more iron. Their levels saw no significant changes. Since switching to this product, their ferritin levels have gone up! Hoping to keep seeing improvements. ❤️❤️❤️

Maybe I got a bad batch or something because despite most Reviewers claiming that these are great tasting, mine taste disgusting as if you are eating medical gauze bandages. And the taste lingers in your mouth. So gross.

An old Dr recommended this during my visit. I’m vegan and my iron is always low. It works! My lab results the last 2 years after taking them consistently were perfect! No side effects. Kinda chalky like candy, but not bad. It works so I continue to buy them.
