My worst decision was to make an electronic purchase through Amazon. Because they will not be involved in any complaint when a customer faces any issue regarding service. However, your local dealer will be involved in the overall process. Now, the Havells remote is not working fine It will be disconnected several times you have to remove the batteries and reinsert them to fix the remote.My fan was not working so I made the complaint to customer care on 24 Oct after 5 days later I received a call from the services center and made excuses that due to some misunderstanding, we were not able to repair your fan. Our technician will visit in the next 24 hours and repair your product. But the technician visited two days later and told me that the PCB is not working and we need to replace it, so till evening, I will replace it.I waited for 2 days and did not get any response from them so again I called the customer care number and they told me that the previous complaint had closed due to an invalid invoice (that invoice was from Amazon). After that, I asked the technician why he canceled my complaint when I provided a valid invoice he told me that I didn't know about it the service center team had done this.So I called the service center team and talked about the situation and why you canceled my complaint and he told me you were calling from beta (my sector name), I said yes and he told me that you sent an invoice 5 min late that's why we canceled your complaint. and a long bad experience happened they are not fixing my fan. Today is the 11th day no one is interested in fixing the issue. I filed a complaint on the consumer helpline and waiting for his response. As per my suggestion don't buy Havells products or you have to face several consequences to fix the product while they are under warranty.

Very low speed only looking good but air flow Very low quality. Pcb life is very short time maximum 2 years after 2year redy to by for new simple fan. Avoid Havells bldc fan ,purchase other atumbug bldc fan for long future

I bought 3 of these fans to install in my new apartment, thought it to be slightly heavy build however it is a very basic fan build wise especially the fan blades are very light and flimsy. Other than the build quality fan serves the purpose well , bldc, remote, power saving , air delivery is good. One major concern is these fans create a lot of air cutting noise. After the fan was delivered an installation request was auto created from backend, I received a sms and can see request in havells sync app however the technician charged Rs 200 per fan for installation, took the service satisfaction otp and then suddenly the ticket was not visible. No bills provided as well, not a very professional service overall.
