Seems equal to Morakniv quality. Well made. No apparent downside to super cheap price.
I read some mixed reviews before purchasing. Have not used it much yet, but sure appears approximately equivalent to Morakniv knives which I love and carry and use and abuse every single day. Did not come razor sharp, but sharp enough. I'll sharpen it up and use it and try and follow up re performance. Workmanship is flawless. Blade is broader than Morakniv companion, probably approaching size of Morakniv Robust that costs more, though, of course, the Moraknivs are an excellent value. Ambidextrous sheath is a plus for the Ganzo. Plastic sheath is as good as or perhaps slightly better designed and made than the Morakniv Companion, which is the model I carry daily. Not seeing a downside to the savings. Very happy with it, so far and will test it out in use!

Nice knife, holds an edge.
This Ganzo knife is my traveling picnic knife. very versatile, and holds an edge well. The plastic sheath clicks on and stays on tight, maybe the most important feature for picnic baskets. I like it a lot! I would buy it again.

Great economy knife!
Very sharp. Great utility knife. Worth the money. Bought three. Gave one to brother inlaw. My wife uses the blue handle one!

good quality steel but has a design issue
The steel appears to be of good quality. The blade is razor sharp and i like the hollow ground. The problem I have is the connection between knife and sheath. The clasp or mechanism holds the knife in place a little **too** tightly. This results in requiring a bit more force than I'd like to remove the knife from the sheath. As such, I find this to be a bit dangerous for such a sharp knife -- lack of control during the process of exposing the blade strikes me as dangerous.

Ganzo vs Morakniv
Had to see this Ganzo side by side with a Morakniv. Similar in side, the Mora is slightly longer and thicker with a better sheath. I like the Ganzo'd blade shape and its handle is very grippy. If the Ganzo sold for $10, they'd have none in stock. I got mine for roughly $14 after tax. All-in-all its good budget friendly fixed blade knife that could be a lower price.

Great hunting knife.
This is a great knife for hunting. I use it to clean & skin a deer. Especially like the case that hooks to my belt.

A favorite!
This has become a favorite. I initially bought the orange one and put it in my day pack. Upon first use I immediately liked it and bought the green one for my overnight pack and the black one for my EDC pack. Now I just need the blue one for my tackle box! The knife is an excellent slicer, makes nice feather sticks, I have even used it for some light batoning. It has held up well. I would not push it any harder, but it will easily do what a knife is supposed to do, which is cut. Wether in the kitchen, in the field, or on the water, I would recommend this knife for anyone looking for a nice, general duty cutting tool.

Is this the new Mora Companion? I'd say it's better - thicker, sharper (shaving-sharp, right out of the box), has a lanyard-hole and feels very solid.

nice and sharp out of the box, not too thick like a Mora companion but not too thin not to be able to do outdoors work, fine balance between bushcraft and kitchen knife, well made, the knife takes some force when removing from sheath but i hope it will loosen overtime, overall very happy.
