The Perfect On-the-Go Gym
I'm incredibly impressed with these resistance bands. They're high-quality, not flimsy at all, and have allowed me to do all my gym workouts right at home or while traveling. The included door anchor makes it easy to set up anywhere. What I love most is the nylon casing around each band, which gives me great peace of mind and prevents them from snapping. They've been a reliable and effective purchase.

A long month of trying resistance bands
Six months ago, I would have laughed at you if you told me I would be using resistance bands as my main resistance training. I have been using iron plates since I was 13, nearly 30 years ago. But I really have no reason to keep trying to get bigger. I gave in to the urge of trying resistance bands for the much more portable form and easier to put away when not in use. I've tried, own and have reviewed nearly all of the main resistance band systems on Amazon. I gave most a 4 or 5 star because they work and because the average person will be the one using them. After weeks after trying multiple band combinations, even a pulley system, I realized the majority of these bands aren't going to challenge me. I finally seemed to get a bar that could handle a lot of resistance used on it (The x bars) but then realized "where am I going to get enough bands for a lot of weight?" I tried the single bands that claimed to be 90 pounds and were really only 40-50 pounds. But throughout the hundreds of dollars spent and many eye rolls... I found this set as a solid, comfortable set for a good price. The problem I was having with the tubular bands was simple. It wasn't easy to stand on 5 tubular bands at one time while exercising. I did those tubular bands with a sleeve but it didn't help me that much. These bands I'm reviewing have a sleeve on their bands and it works much better than a tubular band with a sleeve attached. At least for me, I also workout with no shoes on so that could be some of the problem. The tubular bands aren't exactly comfortable to stand on. This set comes with a 40, 35, 30, 25 and 20 pound band (one of each). It has two handles (replicate dumbbell movements), two ankle/wrist straps and two door anchors. All are of equal or better quality than any I've reviewed and it's a solid amount of resistance even more someone stronger than average. Instead of investing a large amount in a bar, I went with the Bionic Bar (under 20 here on Amazon) and it's holding up fine. I kind of feel like this whole band movement is taking advantage of its own selling points. One of the best parts of using bands is you're not going to get crushed by a stack of iron plates. So, why does a bar need to be able to handle 800 pounds of pressure from bands? It doesn't. The highest amount of bands I've been able to put together are 450 pounds with 5 of the 90 pound Go Fit bands and it felt like 200-250. The Bionic Bar does everything I wanted it to do and this band set I'm reviewing when used it with it gives you a very solid 150 pound barbell curl. Get on your knees and you can mimic skullcrushers with 150 pounds to burn your triceps up. I wish I had started out with these cheaper options because it's really what I needed. I'm going to order a second pack of these bands. The Bionic Bar only seems comfortable with 5 or less bands. Having a second set will let me use two 40s, two 35s and a 30 for near 200 pounds. I will say that I liked the Bodylastics tubular bands the best of those type and would recommend those to anyone that doesn't need the heavier bands. Six month ago, I also wouldn't have ever guessed that it would take me this long to find a set that works with me but I have now.

Great quality for the prices
I am really pleased at the quality of the product, considering its price. I have been using it every week for about 7 months now. The cloth sleeve is a great safety feature in case one of the rubber bands snaps (which has not happened fortunately). I also like the door frame anchors, which increase the number of exercises you can do. After receiving the product, one can send an email to the manufacturer, and they will send some files with some workout routines. Overall, an awesome deal!

VERY well made... good heavy construction. Should last quite awhile.....
Just got these and first impression is that they are very well made. After a quick light workout, noticed that it's very hard to locate the center on the bands as the sheath binds and hides the inner band making equal resistance alternating exercises difficult. Love the metal 'biners and D rings and they seem to be very well attached to the bands. One slight detraction, the door jambs are fabric... the bands slide and abrade against the nylon something fierce. Perhaps adding a plastic sleeve on the door jamb pieces would cut the abrasive sliding. These are a very well made product.and they reek of quality... the detraction's are so small as to not effect my decision to buy this. Money well spent...

Easy transportable workout!
The bands are excellent quality! I really like the way they’re designed—unlike other products I’ve used in the past, I don’t have to worry about them snapping in my face as they wear out. The fabric feels very durable, and each band is clearly marked with its resistance level, which makes workouts easier to structure. I also appreciate the included exercise guide for extra workout ideas. They’re lightweight, easy to transport, and I’m excited to start using them consistently in my routine!

Bands are too short
These are all fine and good.... unless you want to do an overhead shoulder press. They are TOO SHORT. The band was fully extended prior to my straightening my arms. I'm 5'5", so it's not like I'm super tall. They even show a guy doing the exercise in the little booklet that come with the set. I don't know how short he'd have to be to fully extend his arms overhead, but it's probably under 5'. Otherwise, it was nice to have two sets of handles and to have the covering over the bands for protection. Regardless, I'm sending them back because I can't do the exercise I really wanted to do.

Solid resistance band set for home workouts
I got this set to help me work out at home. It has resistance bands ranging from 20 to 40 pounds, the different bands let me mix and match tension depending on the exercise or how I’m feeling that day. The heavy-duty nylon sleeves feel really solid, and give me confidence that the tubes won’t snap during intense pulls. The set includes handles, ankle straps, door anchors, and a workout guide. The carrying bag is nice too for storage or taking it to go.

Great!
I used this at physical therapy and wanted my own at home version. I am so excited. These come with a few different varieties for “weight” strength training. Several different exercises you can use these for for beginners or experts (probably on YouTube). Good quality strong bands. Great deal and option to add to my at home gym.

Bought them 2 years ago and use them almost every second day. They are standing up well. Worth the extra money for sure.

I received the resistance bands kit. All bits and pieces were there and are functional. I've used them a few times and all working good.

just today i've received them, i gave it a try and their pretty nice, still i don't know the duration of the elastic bands, will do another review in a week or two regarding it. but they are worth the money spent on them.
