The media could not be loaded. I used a jungle sound recording with this PIR Infrared Motion Sensor Audio Player and installed it in a newly renovated jungle-themed bathroom. It works perfectly—motion activates the sound just as you enter, and it really adds to the atmosphere. Especially lovely in the middle of the night—unexpected and fun without being too loud or startling. Easy to download MP3 files and set up. A quirky but charming little addition!

I bought one of these 2 years ago for an art project and it just about worked at the time. It was a horror to set up but the objective was achieved (for it to broadcast a recorded poem whenever anyone walked past the art object!). I tried to use it again this year and couldn't make it work.So I foolishly bought a 'new' one and this time I can't even get it to record a message. It appears to have a pre-recorded dog bark on it and makes a shrieking noise. The volume can supposedly be adjusted to 3 different volumes.....except it can't ! The instructions are appalling and contradictory as in the recording instructions which state "long press (the recording button) 2s, start to record when hearing a "di" sound; press the button again to stop recording with a "di-di" sound". Then below it states "Note: when recording , shall start to record what you need after hearing a "di" sound. During its recording, long press the recording button all the time". The fact that they are contradictory is irrelevant as neither method works. The 'old' Player can still be detected by my laptop (both PC and Mac) whereas the 'new' Player simply does not appear on the radar. I only started work on this new project 33 days after I received the 'new' Player so I can't even ask for a refund. What is most frustrating in addition to paying an exorbitant amount of money for a piece of garbage is the total loss of time trying to follow the incomprehensible instructions. Zero quality control and vastly overpriced even if it did function. You have been warned !!

Extremely loud and no way of changing volume

Feel like rubbish when you first look at it….. However it works extremely well and is actually a lot of fun to use.If it were £6.99 that would be perfectly priced.

No instructions included in package. Disturbing screams pre-recorded on unit. I could not work out how to delete them and install my own recording. Will be returning it.

Got some of these last year for our halloween maze and they work like a dream. The price is well worth it and easy to install and fit.

This is a total lie and does not work well at all ,does not link when connected to a computer ,,does not allow you to record your own voice on to it ,,the presets on it are rubbish and unrealistic and the volume is so loud and uncontrollable,,dont bother with this as its a total lie and I'm very disappointed I dident read others reviews first ,,,solid 0/10
