Amazing Probiotic for Yogurt Making - DELICIOUS!
I've purchased five bottles of Biotiqust Sugar Shift so far. I finally bought a yogurt maker and made a batch using the Sugar Shift probiotics as the starter. Wow! I am impressed. The yogurt was absolute perfection and incredibly delicious. I've never been able to eat store-bought plain Greek Yogurt straight before. I always had to add fruit or stevia. This yogurt is simply delicious "as is." Sugar Shift is available in a canister with a scoop for yogurt-making, but I decided to make my first batch using what I had on hand. I used the contents of four capsules and one quart of organic Half & Half, cooked for 36 hours at 104° F. It was incredibly easy—and yummy! I'm providing a couple of photos. My yogurt machine's manufacturer suggested not moving it during use, or the yogurt was in danger of separating during brewing, which could yield a less-than-satisfactory outcome. All that to say, you may get a chuckle out of the sign I posted near the machine to remind everyone in the family (including me) to obey.

Should of listen to the advise about not buying
Wonderful product . The plastic bottle for Amazon is due to glass bottles breaking during shipping .

Works fine for yogurt but
They are okay. Tried using this to make reuteri yogurt. Yogurt turned out good and tasted fine, but did not receive the same benefits as the recommended reuteri so I switched back. I will say I craved sugar more on this (when I had it in yogurt format) than I did wothout which is ironic.

Heartburn
No matter what time of day I ingested these I got heartburn. And I take Prilosec and that didn't help. I think this is a good probiotic overall. However, I will not be repurchasing this. It did nothing for my cravings. Apparently nothing can keep me from the candy drawer lol

Insulin Resistance
Sugar Shift is a great product for reducing insulin resistance. I've been taking it for a week and already my CGM device is trending downwards.

Zero difference for me.
Took for a month. I noticed zero changes, which is a change because I got the suggestion from someone who is apprently a friend or colleague of the founders. I was skeptical, taking sugar shift on a ketogenic diet. It seemed silly, but their quiz on their website suggested sugar shift and I even reached out directly and told them that I only eat 20 net carbs a day, is sugar shift really the probiotic for me? They said yes. Unforunately I noticed zero differences. I'm prone to constipation and sugar shift made no difference to my regularity one way or the other. I also test my blood for glucose every day and noticed no difference. I'm definitely going to go with a more general synbiotic with higher concentrations that has clinical backing. You know the brand. It's green. It has a pill inside a pill.

Will make a thick creamy yogurt
I used 6 capsules and a quart jar and used the instant pot to keep it at 98.6 degrees farenheight for 24 hours using whole milk. It has almost no sour taste but there is a bit of a funky taste like a cheese so I figured it was fine to eat. The first batch always is not as good as the second batch but this turned out pretty well I wonder if all the bacteria listed on the bottle made it as some probably out compete others. Before I made the yogurt I did try the capsules for a few days and felt good. I did eat half a quart and feel 100% fine. Without a doubt the microbiome is important and it is not understood well so we are the test subjects so I hope they do their research, looks harmless at most.
