The media could not be loaded.  make sure in order to open it you have to run over the hot water, after freezing it freeze to the bottle but after running hot water it’s ready to use! this is a great product considering the low price , you can use this for any dark circles around your eyes or to reduce any black spots! , i got it in the color pink and it looks exactly how it looks on the picture. Make sure you buy!

This product is absolutely not worth it. The product itself is cute, but it doesn’t work. After you freeze the water, you can’t pull it out because the inside piece is rubber and won’t come out. You basically have to melt the water down to even attempt to pull the ice out. Do not buy.

Just follow the instructions, and it's easy to use. I put fresh mint leaves in the water before freezing it, and it's so much more soothing than ice cubes. (Mint is good for the skin.) The unit looks durable, too, so I'm happy with my purchase.

At first it was hard to pull out the ice from the mold but you run a little hot water on the outside and it should loosen up . I’ve been using it for about a week now only in the morning time and my skin texture has improved and makes my face feel free.

ice is always good for face but i wnts to always find this kind mold. this is so eassy to use . now i use everyday ice because of this mold.. make sure when yiu put in freezer small part always in bottom so eassy to open before open keep 1 minutes in cold water so its going to open eassy . i m so happy to buying this.
