Q: Anyone know the material used to make the beads in this exfoliant ? Beads in most exfoliants are extremely toxic to environment and water supply.

i don't know why people keep saying there are walnut shells in the product. there are no walnut shells as they would be listed in the product list if there were. sea kelp and lemon peel are what's used to exfoliate, no beads nor shell.

No, but I did have some discoloration on my forehead and cheeks that it has helped even out (pregnancy hormone issues, sun spots)
